Is Karan Johar’s Takht releasing in December 2020?

After Ae Dil Hai Mushki, Karan Johar is all set to direct a film titled Takht. It was last year when Karan officially announced the film. The movie stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor.

During the announcement, it was revealed that Takht will release in 2020, but it wasn’t confirmed on which date. Karan on his Insta story recently shared a video where the prep for the film is going on. In the video, we can see a poster of the film on which the release date is written, December 2020.

Now we wonder if Karan will release his movie during Christmas next year or any other day in December. But, if he is planning to release his movie during Christmas then it will clash with Aamir Khan’s Lal Singh Chaddha and Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor’s untitled film.

There were reports that after the debacle of Kalank, Karan has decided to shelve Takht, but this video of prep clears that the movie is on the track. Takht will go on the floors by the end of this year or by early next year. With such a huge cast and Karan directing the film, we have a lot of expectations from Takht.

The schools watchdog, in a joint report published with the Care Quality Commission on Wednesday, warns that too many children with SEND are leaving the education system because opportunities to identify their needs early were missed.
