Anil Kapoor on completing 38 years in the industry: Keep giving me your love like this for the next 38 years

Anil Kapoor started his journey in Bollywood with supporting roles and cameos. His first movie as a lead was the 1983 release Woh Saat Din.

On Wednesday, Woh Saat Din completed 38 years of its release. So, Anil Kapoor took to Twitter to thank his fans for the love that they have given him in these years.


He tweeted, “वो सात दिन को रिलीज़ हुए आज 38 साल हो गए।और इन 38 सालों में आप सब ने मुझे सफलता की शिखर पर रखा। बस ऐसे ही अगले 38 सालो तक मुझे अपना प्यार देते रहें।मै कोशिश करूँगा की अपनी मेहनत और आपके प्यार से मै ऐसे ही इस शिखर पर बरकरार रहूँ। Thank you! (It’s been 38 years since Who Saat Din release. And in these 38 years, you all put me on the pinnacle of success. Just keep giving me your love like this for the next 38 years. I will try that with my hard work and your love, I remain on this peak like this.)”

In these 38 years, Anil Kapoor has been a part of many memorable films like Mashaal, Chameli Ki Shaadi, Mr. India, Tezaab, Ram Lakhan, Eeshwar, Lamhe, Beta, 1942: A Love Story, Virasat, Pukar, Nayak, No Entry, Welcome, Race, Dil Dhadakne Do, and others.

Talking about his upcoming movies, the actor will be seen in films like Jug Jugg Jeeyo and Animal. A major shooting schedule of Jug Jugg Jeeyo is already wrapped up. The film, which is directed by Raj Mehta, has Neetu Kapoor opposite Anil Kapoor.

Meanwhile, Animal, which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra, is yet to go on the floors.

First look sets a brutal tone

Priyanka Chopra has revealed the first glimpse of her upcoming Prime Video film The Bluff, introducing audiences to her most ferocious screen persona yet. Shared on Instagram on Wednesday, the images present Chopra as Bloody Mary, charging headlong into battle in a grim, violence-heavy pirate world.

The visuals show her mid-attack against co-star Karl Urban, weapon raised, framed by a harsh coastal setting. In another still, her character appears smeared with blood and grime, gripping a conch shell like a knuckle weapon, reinforcing the film’s raw, no-holds-barred approach.
