No Inshallah on Eid 2020

It was a few days ago when Alia Bhatt while talking to a portal revealed that she will be soon starting the shooting of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Inshallah. The film, which also stars Salman Khan, was slated to release on Eid 2020, but well, it has been postponed.

Salman Khan took to Twitter to inform his fans that Inshallah has been pushed, but on Eid 2020 he will come with another film. The actor tweeted, “The film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali is pushed but I will still see you all on Eid, 2020. Insha-Allah!!”

The actor’s tweet makes us wonder why the film has been postponed and also which Salman Khan starrer will hit the screens on Eid 2020. Apart from Dabangg 3 and Inshallah, no other film of Salman has been officially announced. There have been reports that he would star in the Hindi remake of South Korean film Veteran. However, nothing is confirmed yet.

According to a report in an entertainment portal, the script of Inshallah is not yet ready because of which the film has been postponed. It is said that the film will now release in December 2020. We also know that Sanjay Leela Bhansali is a perfectionist and takes a long time to complete a film.

Salman and Alia’s fans are super excited for Inshallah as this would be for the first time they are coming together for a movie. Even Bhai fans are excited because Salman will collaborate with SLB after a gap of more than a decade. The two last worked together in 2007 release Saawariya in which Salman had an extended cameo.

Talking about Salman’s other projects; he will next be seen on the big screen in Dabangg 3 which is slated to release on 20th December 2019. The film also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Saiee Manjrekar. Meanwhile, Alia’s kitty is full with films like Sadak 2, RRR, Brahmastra and Takht.
