Arjun Kapoor approached to star in Singh Is Kinng 2

According to fresh media reports, actor Arjun Kapoor, who was last seen in hit comic-caper Mubarakan (2017), has been approached to topline Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s Singh Is Kinng 2.

As the title suggests itself, the flick is a sequel to Shah’s 2008 blockbuster Singh Is Kinng, which starred Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in lead roles, while Sonu Sood and Om Puri were seen in the supporting cast.

If Arjun Kapoor gives his nod to Singh Is Kinng 2, it will be the second sequel wherein he replaces superstar Akshay Kumar.

For the uninitiated, Kapoor replaced Kumar in Namaste England, which happens to be a sequel to the latter’s 2007 hit Namastey London, also starring Katrina Kaif.

Namaste England, also starring Parineeti Chopra, is set to hit the silver screen on 19th October, 2019.

An official announcement regarding Singh Is Kinng 2 is awaited.
