Sony TV to end Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo

Yet another television show is gearing up to bid adieu to audiences owing to poor TRPs. We are talking about soap opera Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo, which airs on Sony Entertainment Television.

The show started its run on 11th September, 2018. Initially, it performed well on the TRP charts. But as the story progressed, the interest of the audience dipped drastically in its storyline. The latest we hear that the channel has decided to axe this Kagaz Kalam Films’ show.


According to reports, Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo will beam its final episode on 12 July, 2019. It is yet not known that which new show is gearing up to replace it on the network.

Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo stars popular television actors Namish Taneja and Srishti Jain in lead roles, while Neelu Vaghela, Aditi Deshpande and Vivek Mushran in the supporting cast.

The theatre was packed for the Third Shanghai–London Screen Industry Forum. Between panels and workshops, filmmakers, producers and executives discussed ideas and business cards and it felt more than just a summit. British-Asian filmmakers were meeting and greeting the Chinese industry in an attempt to explore genuine possibilities of working in China’s film market.
