Veteran Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor, who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer in the city of New York, is expected to return to India in the month of August to celebrate his 67th birthday. But before the actor rings in his 67th birthday in August, his fans can meet him in cinemas on 19th July. Surprised?

Well, Rishi Kapoor will return to the silver screen with his upcoming comedy film, titled Jhootha Kahin Ka. The film is set to enter theatres on 19th July, 2019. Directed by Smeep Kang, the comic-caper also features Jimmy Shergill, Sunny Singh and Omkar Kapoor on its cast. Sunny Singh and Omkar Kapoor are reuniting together after the huge success of their 2015 film Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, which also had Kartik Aaryan.

Talking about the storyline of Jhootha Kahin Ka, the film is said to be a rib-tickling comedy which revolves around the characters of Sunny Singh and Omkar Kapoor, who travel to Mauritius for higher education and end up loving the country so much that they decide to live there permanently and never come back to India. Rishi Kapoor, who plays Omkar Kapoor’s father in the film, pays the boys a surprise visit but is astounded to see their lifestyle in a foreign land.

Jhootha Kahin Ka will be the first release for Rishi Kapoor after his recent cancer surgery. He was last seen in the 2018 film Rajma Chawal which released on streaming media giant Netflix and received mixed response from audiences. After the release of Jhootha Kahin Ka, he is expected to team up with Juhi Chawla for a film.
