“Not in any hurry,” says Sooraj Barjatya on film with Salman Khan

Fans were on cloud nine when renowned filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya revealed that he is set to reunite with his favourite actor Salman Khan once again after their last blockbuster Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2015).

While everyone expected that Salman would start Sooraj’s film soon, several media outlets reported that the superstar is too busy to start work on any new film. His schedule is jam-packed with high-profile films such as Bharat, Dabangg 3 and, of course, the next directorial of Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

However, Barjatya is being patient. He says he is ready to wait for the superstar as he is not in any hurry. “I will wait for Salman because this is a big film for me. I am not in any hurry. That film will take time. I still have to put it down,” says the filmmaker.

Salman Khan is presently busy with his upcoming movie Bharat, which releases on Eid. His next Dabangg 3 is expected to roll by next month. Then he is expected to start shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film which is rumoured to be titled Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam 2. Besides all these projects, Khan has also given his nod to Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick 2.
