Kareena Kapoor Khan psyched up to see Kangana Ranaut’s biopic

A couple of days ago, Kangana Ranaut revealed that after Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi (2019), she will next direct her own biopic, which is currently at the scripting stage and is being written by renowned screenwriter K.V. Vijayendra Prasad.

Though not many people from the industry reacted to her announcement, one of her contemporaries Kareena Kapoor Khan definitely seems excited to see her biopic on the silver screen.


In one of her recent interviews, the Veerey Di Wedding (2018) actress said, “I have heard that Kangna’s biopic is coming. I am excited to watch her biopic. I believe that she is one of the finest actresses and I love her. I am so fond of her. She is an astonishing actress and an intelligent woman.”

When the gorgeous actress was asked if she has seen Kangana Ranaut’s latest film Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, she said she will watch it soon. “I haven’t, but I am gonna watch it soon. Saif has congratulated her for the film.”

Kareena Kapoor Khan is presently shooting for Dharma Productions’ upcoming venture Good News. After completing Good News, she will start working with Karan Johar on his ambitious project Takht, which goes on floors in the second half of the year.

Alia Bhatt pushed Alpha forward at the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah. She spoke about the film and said the shoot has been tough and the action load heavier than anything she has done recently. Bhatt also pointed out that the team is entering a space usually driven by male-led spy films, so they are aware of what they are taking on. The Yash Raj Films project is shaping into one of Bollywood’s most closely watched titles for 2026.
