Hrithik Roshan teams up with Rohit Dhawan

Superstar Hrithik Roshan, who has just wrapped up his upcoming film Super 30, has given his nod to filmmaker Rohit Dhawan’s next directorial venture. Rohit, who is the elder son of filmmaker David Dhawan, has previously helmed such successful films as Desi Boyz (2011) and Dishoom (2016).

The untitled movie will be bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. Sajid and Hrithik were in talks for this project for a very long time now. Now, it has come to our knowledge that the duo has finally signed the flick. However, we are awaiting an official announcement.

If a source close to the development is to be believed, Hrithik needed a breather and wanted to be part of a light-hearted film after doing back to back intense roles in the past few years, in films like Kaabil (2017), Mohenjo Daro (2016) and Bang Bang! (2014).

After Super 30, which is slated to release on 25th January, 2019, Hrithik Roshan will be seen in Yash Raj Films’ next untitled venture which also stars Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor in lead roles. The movie is expected to hit the shooting floor soon.
