Gauri Khan is super excited about Shah Rukh Khan’s break

We all know that after the debacle of Zero, Shah Rukh Khan has decided to take a break from films. The actor currently has no films in his kitty, but his wife Gauri Khan is super excited about his break.

In an interview with Zoom channel, Gauri Khan opened up about SRK taking a break. She stated, “It was required. More than anything else, it’s high time he took his break. I am happy I can travel while he’s at home and he takes good care of AbRam. So, I am super excited. If I am not there for the little one then he’s there, it suits me. I think he will be up and about very very shortly.”

Well, not just Gauri, Shah Rukh Khan himself is enjoying this break. A few weeks ago, during the Indian Film Festival Of Melbourne, SRK had stated, "I just finished the last film I made and to put it lightly, it was a disaster. I said to myself that let me enjoy a little bit of un-success as I had success for so long. So I have taken some time off for the next four or five months. As a matter of fact, I’m on these breaks... Coming here (Melbourne) and meeting people, realising and discovering new stories, doing intellectual speaking.”

While SRK is on a break, there have been many reports about his next film. It was said that he will be seen in a film directed by Rajkumar Hirani, then there were reports of him starring in Ali Abbas Zafar’s next with Katrina Kaif, and after Inshallah got shelved, it was said that SRK will work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in a film soon.

However, a few days ago, SRK took to Twitter to clear the air about these reports. He tweeted, “It’s always nice to know that in my absence & behind my back , I have surreptitiously signed so many films that even I am not aware of!! Boys & girls I do a film when I say I am doing it....otherwise it’s just post truth.”

Well, we are sure that Gauri Khan is excited about her hubby's break, but his fans are quite upset about it. The actor’s fans are eagerly waiting to know which will be SRK’s next film.
