If you love watching Binaifer Kohli’s hit show, Bhabhiji Ghar Pe Hai, here is an exciting piece of news for you. The whole team of the show is currently in Goa, shooting some special episodes. Talking about her decision to choose Goa, Binaifer says, “Goa has these pristine beaches, which are no less beautiful than any international destination. Goa is so clean and seems pure in every way. I love the people of Goa also. They are very simple, pure and beautiful. This is why we chose to shoot there.”

She adds, “In fact, I often wonder why producers don’t shoot more shows there. It is so pure and pristine. It is not littered and spoiled by the presence of people.”

Binaifer has always been a big fan of Goa. “From the food to people and land to the character and beauty of Goa, everything is perfect,” she says.

Ask her what viewers should expect from the show, and she says, “Everything! More fun, more innovative stories, more and more wonderful characters, like the present ones! Whatever we are today is because of the love that our viewers have given us, and we must strive to keep them entertained. Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai has become a very big brand and cult show. Amazon’s ‘God of War’ reset proves Hollywood can’t get video game adaptations right

Highlights

  • Dave Bautista is taking over as Kratos after Ryan Hurst's injury forced Amazon to recast the role.
  • The series is effectively starting again, with none of the footage from the original production being used.
  • The major reset puts fresh pressure on Amazon's attempt to adapt one of gaming's most recognisable franchises.

Amazon's God of War, however, has already encountered a production setback that makes its journey to the screen considerably more complicated.

Dave Bautista has closed his deal to play Kratos in the Prime Video series after Ryan Hurst, who was originally cast in the role, suffered a serious on-set injury. Hurst reportedly tore his bicep while performing a stunt in June, around four months into filming. Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television subsequently decided to recast the central role.
