Taz Singh stars with BTS’ Kim Namjoon in ‘Lost’

Tarsvinder Singh Sihra aka Taz Singh, who recently featured in Kim Namjoon aka RM's music video LOST, has opened up about his experience of working with BTS.

“I gave an audition last year, but they kept it very confidential. I don’t think anybody had an idea about who we would be working with at that point. I just went for the audition and then I received a callback for the second audition and when that happened, they liked it. After they confirmed me for the part, I was told I will be working with RM. I was very excited.”

Recalling his meeting with RM and his experience working with the team for the music video, he said, “I met RM on sets and he was extremely nice. I listen to BTS and RM, so it was a little fan moment for me. San Yawn, the creative director of the music video, and Aube Perrie, the director, they helped me to get the creative inspiration to deliver the scenes for the music video. I want to thank them all.”

In another interview, the actor also recalled a fun moment with RM. “I remember one time we were shooting for a scene, and the music was playing in the back. Then the director said, 'Cut', and the scene finished, and the music kept playing. I heard, at that point, the beat changed, so the music changed. I felt the vibe of it. I remember turning to him, saying, 'I felt that, that was pretty nice'. We fist-bumped; it was cool, and it was fun. That was a good time,” he said.

When AI takes over podcasts human creators are struggling to keep up

AI podcasts flood the internet threatening independent creators and reshaping a $39 billion audio industry

Highlights:

  • AI can make thousands of podcast episodes every week with very few people.
  • Making an AI podcast episode costs almost nothing and can make money fast.
  • Small podcasters cannot get noticed. It is hard for them to earn.
  • Advertisements go to AI shows. Human shows get ignored.
  • Listeners do not mind AI. Some like it.

A company can now publish thousands of podcasts a week with almost no people. That fact alone should wake up anyone who makes money from talking into a mic.

The company now turns out roughly 3,000 episodes a week with a team of eight. Each episode costs about £0.75 (₹88.64) to make. With as few as 20 listens, an episode can cover its cost. That single line explains why the rest of this story is happening.
