Himesh Reshammiya on his song in Salman Khan’s Radhe: It has turned out to be very good

Himesh Reshammiya kickstarted his musical career with Salman Khan starrer Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya. He has composed songs for many Salman Khan’s films like Bandhan, Hello Brother, Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge, Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye, Tere Naam, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya, Kick, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and others.

Now, Himesh and Salman have once again collaborated for the upcoming movie Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. We recently met Himesh and asked him what to expect from the song as whenever he has collaborated with Salman Khan the songs have been a chartbuster. To which Himesh said, “I hope that the song is accepted in the same way (like their previous songs) because there’s a lot of pressure. Salman bhai is such a big superstar, so the song with him will be a blockbuster. It has turned out to be very good and I am very happy about it. We all are 100 percent sure, it will be good.”

Further talking about his next movie as an actor, Happy Hardy And Heer, Himesh stated, “I am very happy that Salman bhai has liked the trailer of my film (Happy Hardy And Heer). It is releasing on 31st Jan. Amit ji (Amitabh Bachchan) has also liked it. We haven’t seen such a love story in a long time and there are a lot of concept-based films. Ayushmann Khurrana is doing some outstanding hit films. So, on 31st Jan, if you want to watch a good love story with a beautiful progressive message and a journey into a woman’s heart, with good music and good locations, you will find Happy Hardy And Heer very interesting.”

“I hope I get some great reviews from the critics or else I will try to win their hearts once again. But I hope they are on my side this time because I am very positive and I hope they pick up a green pen for me this time because we have done a lot of hard work,” he added.

The Divine Feminine: Prashasti Singh talks power, pressure, and laughter

Highlights:

  • Prashasti’s comedy comes from real-life stories, not just punchlines.
  • The show explores modern women chasing success but still feeling unfulfilled.
  • She quit a secure corporate job and jumped into comedy.
  • Stand-up made her stop being scared of talking to people.
  • People laugh together at the same everyday problems.

Prashasti Singh started her stand-up terrified of speaking in public. “I was very conscious of my language, my pronunciation, my accent. I thought stand-up wouldn’t be my thing,” she says. But her first open mic changed that. “It felt like I was among a bunch of sisters, a bunch of friends. I just forgot all my nervousness. It came out very naturally.”
