This song is from the movie which was the highest grossing Hindi movie of 1990s, Hum Apke Hain Kaun…! Didi tera devar deewana was sung by Lata Mangeshkar and Shripathi Panditaradhyula Balasubrahmanyam. This song gained popularity upon its release as well as Madhuri’s purple satin saree became popular in the market. Hum Apke Hain Kaun is the third movie Madhuri and Salman did together.
