British High Commissioner to India Sir Dominic Asquith today visited the Dev Sanskriti University (DSVV) in Haridwar. Accompanied by his wife Louise, Asquith was so fascinated by its environs that the couple spent about three hours at the varsity despite being scheduled to stay there just for 15 minutes, a DSVV press release said.
