1. Amrish Puri

Amrish Puri was born in June 1932 and was an Indian actor remembered for playing iconic negative roles in Hindi cinema as well as other Indian and international film industries. Bollywood will always remember him for his role as Mogambo in Shekhar Kapur’s Hindi film Mr India (1987), and to Western audiences, he is best known as Mola Ram in Steven Spielberg’s Hollywood film Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984). Amrish Puri acted in more than 400 films between 1967 and 2005. He died in January 2005.

2. Amjad Khan

Amjad Khan was born in November 1940 and died in the July 1992. He was an Indian actor and director and has worked in over 130 films in a career spanning nearly twenty years. He is known for his villainous roles in Hindi films, the most famous being the iconic Gabbar Singh in the classic Sholay and of Dilawar in Muqaddar Ka Sikandar.

3. Danny Denzongpa

Danny Denzongpa born 25 February 1948 is actor, singer and film director. He has acted in about 190 Hindi films since 1971. In 2003, Denzongpa was awarded the Padma Shree, India’s fourth highest civilian honour. He has also starred in some international projects, the most famous being Seven Years in Tibet where he acted alongside Hollywood actor Brad Pitt. His best known villainous roles are in Dhund, 36 Ghante, Bandish, Jeeo Aur Jeene Do, Dharm Aur Qanoon and Agneepath.

4. Pran

Pran Krishan Sikand aka Pran was born in 12 February 1920, he has appeared in over 350 films. Pran has received many awards and honours in his career. He won the Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award in 1967, 1969 and 1972 and was awarded the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award in 1997. He was awarded as the “Villain of the Millennium” by Stardust in 2000. The Government of India honoured him with the Padma Bhushan in 2001 for his contributions to the arts. He was honoured in 2013 with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, the highest national award for cinema artists, by the Government of India. He took his last breath on 12 July 2013.

5. Prem Chopra

He was born on 23 September 1935 and is mostly known for his villainous roles in the Bollywood. Prem Chopra has acted in 320 movies and is known for his roles in the movies Shaheed, Upkaar, Purab Aur Pashchim, Do Raaste, Kati Patang, Do Anjaane, Jaadu Tona, Kala Sona, Dostana, Kranti, Phool Bane Angaarey. His dialogue in the film Bobby, ”Prem Naam Hai Mera, Prem Chopra” will always be remembered.
