Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey starrer titled Haseen Dillruba

Taapsee Pannu is on a roll. The actress this year starred in four films like Badla, Game Over, Mission Mangal, and Saand Ki Aankh. She has movies like Thappad, Rashmi Rocket, and Shabaash Mithu in her kitty. And now, the actress has announced one more interesting film.

A few days ago, there were reports of Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey starring in a film which will be directed by Vinil Mathew and produced by Aanand L Rai. The movie has now been officially announced and it is titled as Haseen Dillruba.

Taapsee took to Instagram to announce the film. Along with a poster of the movie, Taapsee posted, ““I maybe bad but I’m perfectly good at it” Stepping into the world of #HaseenDillruba ?. Can’t wait for you guys to meet HER in theatres 18th September 2020!”

It’s a very catchy title as it reminds us of the song from Namak Halal, ‘Jawaani jaan-e-man haseen dilruba, Milein do dil jawaan nisaar ho gaya…’

It will be for the first time we will get to see Taapsee and Vikrant on the big screen together. While talking about the casting, a source had earlier stated, “The makers thought a fresh pair would work in the film’s favour as it will keep the mystery element intact since there will be no preconceived notions about them as a couple.”

While Taapsee has interesting films in her kitty, Vikrant also has a very good line up. He will next be seen on the big screen in Chhapaak opposite Deepika Padukone which is slated to release on 10th January 2020. He also has a movie titled Ginny Weds Sunny opposite Yami Gautam.
