Actress Sonakshi Sinha debuted in Hindi films with Salman Khan's Dabangg and went on to win numerous awards for her terrific performance in the movie. With the second instalment of the movie, Dabangg 2, the actress tasted success again and cemented her position as one of the top heroines in Bollywood.
Post Dabangg 2, Sonakshi appeared in many Hindi films, some hits and some flops, but none could give her the kind of success that the talented actress deserved. Now, with the third instalment of the franchise, Dabangg 3, in the works, the actress is looking forward to winning back audiences’ love.
The actress is so psyched up about Dabangg 3 that she can hardly contain her excitement. Talking to a daily, Sonakshi said, “I’m very excited about Dabangg 3. I am whatever I am because of Dabangg.”
The actress also added that she will do the film irrespective of the length of her character. “Even if I get the smallest role, I will still do it. What type of a role, that I will leave to Arbaaz Bhai or Salman to decide. The script is being written at the moment,” she beamed.
Dabangg 3, produced by Arbaaz Khan, will mount floors next year. While the first part of the movie was helmed by Abhinav Kashyap, producer Arbaaz Khan took the directorial baton in his hand for Dabangg 2. Now, Khan is looking for a new director to take the franchise forward.
