After John Abraham, Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan, it is Shah Rukh Khan's turn to steal your heart with the next instalment of Dhoom series. Yes, you read that right! According to reports, producer Aditya Chopra has signed superstar Shah Rukh Khan to play the lead role in Dhoom 4.
Aditya always wanted to take the Dhoom franchise to the next level in terms of scale, star power and action sequences. Since Aamir Khan had already worked in Dhoom 3, he wanted to rope in either Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan. Since Salman Khan is already working for Yash Raj Films' Tiger Zinda Hai, the producer had only one choice - Shah Rukh Khan.
According to an insider, "Adi wants to take Dhoom 4 to the next level and he has asked Maneesh Sharma to write the film. He’s currently scripting it. For those in the know, Vijay Krishna Acharya aka Victor (director of Dhoom 3) is now busy with Thugs of Hindostan. So the film will change hands again. Maneesh will probably direct it as well."
We are sure that with SRK coming onboard for Dhoom 4, the movie is going to be bigger and better than all previous parts of the franchise.
