Salman Khan to don his Maine Pyar Kiya look in Bharat

After delivering a power packed performance in Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai, Salman Khan is collaborating with Ali Abbas Zafar for the third time for their next release Bharat, which is being produced by Atul Agnihotri.

Bharat revolves around the journey of a man between the ages of 18 to 70. As per the latest report in a leading Indian daily, Salman Khan will don Maine Pyar Kiya look for Bharat.

Director Ali Abbas Zafar revealed to a leading Indian daily, “We have just locked the script. The idea is to make Salman look the way he appeared in Maine Pyar Kiya — from the time he began his career to now. But we will know how much we can achieve only after our complete research is done.”

A VFX team will be employed in order to recreate the look. It is the same team who had previously worked for Brad Pitt’s look in the movie The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Shah Rukh Khan’s look in Fan.

As the use of prosthetic affects Salman’s nerve condition, Ali Abbas Zafar will be designing something that will not trouble the actor too much.

Talking about Salman Khan’s dedication towards his craft, Ali Abbas Zafar said, “He’s such a good-looking man. He will work a little harder, as I keep pushing him to lose more weight and look younger. He can reduce weight and look 10 years younger within four weeks”

Bharat will go on floors on April 2018. The film is scheduled to release on Eid 2019.
