Popular actress Kirti Kulhari, who can be currently seen in Amazon Prime Video’s much-talked-about show Four More Shots Please! Season 2 (2020), has signed yet another webseries. The actress has been cast to headline Hotstar Specials’ Criminal Justice 2.
As the title aptly suggest, Criminal Justice 2 will be a second season of Hotstar Specials’ hugely successful webseries Criminal Justice. Jointly helmed by Tigmanshu Dhulia and Vishal Furia, the first part featured Anupriya Goenka, Jackie Shroff, Pankaj Tripathi, Mita Vashisht and Vikrant Massey in central characters.

The upcoming season has been written by Sridhar Raghavan. According to reliable sources, the Bard of Blood (2019) and actress Kirti Kulhari has been roped in as the lead for the second season.
“Kirti has been finalised, but the paperwork etc. has now been stalled due to the current situation. She will be signed on for the show once the lockdown is lifted,” a source in the know informs a publication.
Not only the lead casting, but we hear that the makers are also contemplating signing new directors to helm the project. The new series has filmmaker Rohan Sippy and an associate stepping in as well.

Talking about other upcoming projects of Kirti Kulhari, the talented actress will be seen playing an important role in the remake of the Hollywood film The Girl on the Train. Helmed by Ribhu Dasgupta, the film stars Parineeti Chopra in the lead role. It was slated to release on 8th May, 2020. However, the makers are expected to announce the new release date after the Coronavirus lockdown is lifted.
