Kangana Ranaut’s mansion in Manali costs a whopping Rs 30 crore

Kangana Ranaut bought a plush bungalow in Manali. According to a report in a leading Indian daily, Kangana has reportedly bought the bungalow for Rs 10 crore. It took 4 years to construct the house. Talking about the same, a source said to a leading Indian daily, “It’s an eight-bedroom house with all the windows opening to a view of the mountains. Each room has a step-out balcony. There is a rooftop glass conservatory so that there is ample sunlight during the winters.”

The source added, “Kangana has been making regular visits to her hometown to check on the progress of the place. She just got back from Manali two days ago in time for the shoot of a reality show.”

Additionally, Kangana spent Rs 20 crore to build other amenities like a dining room which has a picturesque mountain view. As the house is built in a chilly area, it also has a beautiful fireplace in the living room. Moreover, the house includes a gym and a yoga room.

Previously, Kangana had mentioned in an interview, “Laying the first brick of my house was an important decision. I have my own place in Mumbai, and I could have got a house anywhere in the world. But people back home call me Himachal ki beti. I am overwhelmed with the love I receive from my people.”

On the work front, Kangana is currently shooting for Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi. Post Manikarnika, she will be working for a thriller. Recently, Kangana has been invited as a celebrity guest on a talent hunt show India’s Next Superstar on Star Plus. She will be judging the show along with Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty.
