Jet Airways’ new Heathrow to Mumbai service

PRIVATE carrier Jet Airways has launched a third daily service to London Heathrow from Mumbai.

With the launch of the latest flight, Jet Airways has become the only Indian carrier to operate three daily services between Mumbai and Lon­don Heathrow. The link is expected to benefit passengers travelling to north America, the airline said.

Its partners Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic will allow Jet Airways passengers improved connection times to 14 destinations from Lon­don Heathrow to north America, including Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, Newark, New York, Philadelphia, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, Salt Lake City and Washington.

The flight (9W 115) will depart London Heathrow at 3.55pm and arrive in Mumbai at 6.20am (local time), the following day.

On its return, the flight (9W 116) will depart at 9.25am from Mumbai and arrive in London at 1.55pm (all local time).
