The massive success of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018) and Luka Chuppi (2019) has further cemented his position in the business.
Back-to-back box-office hits have reportedly prompted the rising star of Bollywood to raise his remuneration. Yes, according to reports, Kartik Aaryan has decided to hike his fees to a whopping ₹ 7 crore. The makers who want to cast him in his projects hereon should be ready to shell out the amount to get the actor onboard.

“Going forward, Kartik Aaryan has decided to increase his fees to Rs. 7 crore. In the last 1 ½ years, his brand value has gone up by many notches. He has reached a stage wherein audiences will come to the theatres because of his presence in a film. Hence, it is only natural that he decided that he deserves better pay. As a result, after discussing with his team, he has decided to charge ₹ 7 crore for his films from now on. He is sure that filmmakers won’t have issues paying him the said amount since they know that his presence adds a lot to a movie,” a well-placed source reveals to an entertainment portal.

Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan is presently busy promoting his upcoming film Pati Patni Aur Woh which also features Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar in principal roles. After Pati Patni Aur Woh, the actor will be seen in the Imtiaz Ali directorial, tentatively titled Aaj Kal. This will be followed by the much-awaited horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with Kiara Advani and Dharma Productions’ Dostana 2 with Janhvi Kapoor and debutant Lakshya.
