Adhura Alvida goes for a title change; Bepanaah is the new title!

Jennifer Winget, who started her career as a child artist, is currently the leading actress in Indian television space. After completing shooting for her popular show Behyadh last week, the actress is now gearing up to take up a new role in a new TV show. Yes, Jennifer will next be seen in an upcoming show titled Bepanaah. The soap will air on Colors and also stars Harshad Chopra and Sehban Azim in lead roles. Interestingly, the show was earlier called Adhura Alvida but the makers have changed its title to Bepanaah.

Jennifer Winget will start shooting for the promo this week with lead actors of the show, Harshad Chopra and Sehban Azim. The team has shot a pilot earlier this year and now everyone will commence the shoot by the end of the month. Jennifer, who has previously done shows for Star Plus, Sony Entertainment Television and Star One, will do her first show with Colors.


Talking about the story of her new show, Bepanaah is reportedly based on Rajesh Khanna and Asha Parekh’s film Kati Patang. The film revolved around a widow Madhu and how her whole life changed when she gets trapped in a family feud. While Harshad Chopra plays Jennifer’s love interest, Sehban plays her dead husband.

Pop star Charli XCX has said she feared her label might drop her over her chart-topping Brat album. Album came out June 2024 and no one expected much. But it blew up and the whole year was basically Brat season. “I actually made this record being like, ‘OK, I’m just going to do this one for me. Maybe I’m going to get dropped by my label and that’s fine’,” she told Paltrow.
